The Dough-Joe® 12" x 18" Baking Stone set consists of four 6" x 9" x 3/4" stones.
Excellent for cooking pizza crust, bread of all types as well as cookies.
*Perfect for the grill, however, if using direct heat on a gas grill, please start with low heat and heat gradually. Heating too rapidly may cause the stones to break.
Dough-Joe® Pizza and Baking Stone
- Set of four 6x9-inch tiles allows the flexibility of cooking small items without lifting an entire large stone. MADE IN USA
- At 3/4" thickness, these have unmatched heat transfer and are very warm hours after use.
- Four small tiles are less prone to oven stress breakage than one large one (This is the same reason large cement blocks are sawn into 4 pieces).
- Works perfectly on the grill and small grills benefit with a 4-stone set.
